Brian Lee


Brian is not your average real estate professional. While he is fiercely passionate about providing his clients with the level of expertise and support that they need to achieve their goals, he also understands that real estate transactions often represent times of deeply personal and impactful transition. He offers himself as a knowledgeable guide in the process, and he delights in making a powerful difference in people’s lives.  A full-time real estate professional since 2004, Brian has happily called the Coastside home since 1995.

As he works with clients, Brian plays three critical roles:

Knowledgeable Consultant—By asking thought-provoking questions and listening carefully, Brian gains an understanding of what is truly important to his clients, allowing him to help them find the most appropriate properties for their needs and budget.

Fierce Negotiator —Brian’s problem solving skills are a key to helping his clients strengthen their position and get what they want in their real estate transactions.

Detailed Process Manager—In a real estate transaction there are many things to track and tend to. Brian lightens the load for his clients by taking responsibility for all of the details and making sure they are handled correctly. This allows his clients to focus their time and attention on the important decisions they are making instead of feeling overwhelmed and bogged down by the minutiae.  

Brian knows that having a well-crafted strategy that takes into consideration changing conditions is the key to his clients’ success. He also knows that for his clients to succeed, he has to stay at the top of his game. That is why he makes time for continuing professional development and maintains an extensive network of contacts both in the real estate world and the broader community. As a skilled communicator and negotiator, Brian works hard to set the stage for his clients to make the best choices they can to ensure they meet their goals and fulfill their dreams.

When he is not working in real estate, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and their many friends, bicycling the backroads and byways of the Coastside, golfing, and playing the violin.
